The Superior Villa is a 109sqm. traditional Santorinian cavehouse which consists of one Master bedroom with private bathroom, an attic with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom, a large living room with fireplace, a big closet, and a big kitchen. Outside we have a big yard and a shared pool.

The space is being cleaned and disinfected between guests, under strict regulations.

Villa LuxL is a 100-years-old cavehouse, and has served as a wine-making factory in the past. It has been reconstructed in 2016.

Outside space includes a table for six, sunbeds, umbrella, and a shared pool.

You will be granted access to the outdoor area and to the outdoor pool as well.

We will be able to help you and offer support with tours, car and bike rentals, excursions, etc. We will be by your side if you need us, or give you privacy if you want to.

The Mesaria Village

The traditional settlement of Mesaria is one of the oldest in Santorini.

Our villa is located directly in the middle of the island, on a serene and relaxing spot with nothing to disturb your holidays. That doesn't mean it's isolated, as restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores are only a 5-minute walk away.

It is located only 3 km away from the capital Fira and less than 3km away from the airport.

There are also many beaches nearby, the most famous beach of Santorini, Kamari, is located at a distance of only 3.5 km away from the village of Mesaria.

The largest winery of the island, Santowines, is located a little further to the west, directly on the famous Caldera cliff, with breathtaking sunset views! From there you can enjoy the sunset while tasting the famous wines of Santorini. It features a restaurant, a cafe, and a market to buy local wines.

Santorini Airport is located 2 km from the house. The owners can help with tours and sailing excursions. Free public parking is possible at a distance of 15 metres. The bus station is located at a distance of 50 metres with direct busses to beaches and to the capital Fira. We can also help with car, atv, or bike rentals, or for a small fee we can arrange for your transfer to and from the beach(es), or anywhere you want.
